Meenu is a speaking coach. To coach you, it has to hear you. This page explains, in plain words, what we keep and why.

What we collect

Your Google account name and email when you sign in; the profile you choose during onboarding (language, role, goals); your practice recordings, their transcripts and the feedback Meenu generates; and basic billing status from our payment provider.

Your recordings

Recordings are stored privately so you can replay each answer with its synced transcript. Only you can access them. We never sell your data and we never use your recordings to train AI models.

Who processes your data

Speech is transcribed by a speech-to-text provider and feedback is written by an AI model provider, each only to produce your results. Accounts and data are stored on Google Firebase. Payments are handled by Dodo Payments; we never see your card details.

Deleting your data

You can ask us to delete your account and every recording at any time by emailing us.
