Refund and cancellation policy

Plain terms for paying for Meenu Pro, cancelling it, and getting your money back if it didn't work for you.

Subscriptions

Meenu Pro is a subscription: $9.99 a month or $59.99 a year, in US dollars. It renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Who processes your payment

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Dodo Payments handles checkout, billing, taxes and receipts, and the charge on your statement comes from them. We never see your card details.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime. In the app, go to Settings and choose Manage billing: this opens the secure Dodo Payments customer portal, where you can cancel your subscription. There is no fee to cancel and no need to contact us.

When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and you keep Meenu Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. We don't refund the unused part of a period after you cancel, except as described below.

Refunds

If Meenu didn't work for you, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your first purchase of Meenu Pro. Email hello@meenuspeech.com from the address on your account, tell us briefly what went wrong, and we'll process it through Dodo Payments. Refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank may take a few business days to show it. Once refunded, your Meenu Pro access ends.

Renewals and purchases after the first one aren't normally refundable, but if something went wrong (for example, a renewal you meant to cancel, or a duplicate charge), write to us and we'll sort it out fairly. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
